The most fitting mirror I'd say. While our ML is hiding his true nature and profession, by being our girl's devoted tutor, he's very earnest about the kind of person he is, and doesn't filter himself that much. While that "princely" guy on the other hand puts on a mask of a noble, kind soul that will support those in need, when in reality he views everyone based on their personal worth, and thinks nothing of disposing of those that wind up being slightly a liability, despite how devoted those he tricks are.
