Are you aware of the phenomena where people are unable to look away from an imminent car crash and flock around it despite not being willing or able to provide aid? It's kinda like that with trash manga of this caliber, you just can't help but want to see what happens next.

Also, I came here originally to express hope that the only monogamous hero would avenge himself and Alice of their NTR status and hoped to see comrades expressing similar intents, but instead am now worried I caught up to all the Mangadex translations...
