Bad move dude, if you did nothing to him he could have been confused and think he didn't bump into someone. Now they will be hunting the person who entered the dungeon and defiled the prince.
Still, interesting woldbuilding, rights to dungeons are passed down from generation to generation, multiple people can get the rights, but each conquest is equivalent to a single right for a single person. But this creates a weird situation with the fishing company dude: do they get the fish alone? Wouldn't you usually need a group of people to efectively fish big amounts of fish to distribute across the city? For commoners giving a baby the right to a level means they will work on that level for the rest of their lives, and so will their first descendant, and so on until the first descendant gets killed.
