I wouldn't compare it to that manga, personally... The slave girls in Isekai Meikyuu have more freedom than the ones in here, and you can feel the mutual love they have in their relationship with the MC. =/

Which is why I mentioned this one is unhinged in comparison.
But you have to remember the MC's goal in Isekai Meikyuu is to have a harem of slaves.
