If Mai caught wind of that, it'd freak
her out, because I suspect she's intelligent enough to understand what Serina's intentions are. Which from there would trigger either a fight response for Asumi's attention & affection,
or a flight response where Mai psychs herself out and she runs again (which...Asumi would see, but likely not understand, and would only stress her out even more). Mai's already shown to get anxious and overthinking when it comes to Asumi; so any perceived "competition" would just cause more problems.
Nanao has been largely missing from the narrative so it's a bit harder for me to get a bead on how she'd react--but she's also someone on the passive side and seems to have accepted that Asumi is "le dense protagonist", so I think she'd just go "well I guess I really have no shot" and might even distance herself from Asumi a bit more than she already has.
Again, Asumi wouldn't understand why, and neither of the two would tell our protagonist the real reason (at this time), so it would really just result in Asumi confused and aimless and would probably stall out the story, a bit.
Fortunately, this is comedy-porn, not drama-porn; so I don't foresee that actually happening, as the sex itself between Asumi and everyone else is being painted as "just the way things go", and there's effectively zero hurt feelings resulting from any of it (as in no jealousy or possessiveness--even on the part of Mai, who
very much has liked Asumi for years now).
On top of that.... it's not like Asumi has any clue about anyone else's feelings directed at her, so I think this "scary Serina behavior" is effectively for brevity/humor, and it's just to underscore the fact that "Serina's fallen for Asumi", and not pointing at her going down the Yandere route or anything.
