It's too early in the series for Nao to lose a match, so she's definitely winning this. However, hopefully it's not an easy fight that gets wrapped up next chapter and Ayako does prove to be a challenge. That being said, I also think it's too early for her to beat Okome, so she'll likely lose to her again though not without giving her more of a challenge than last time.

In the unlikely scenario that Ayako does win, I suspect she'll get demolished by Okome.
