I think it's more used as a way to explain her level of thinking rather than as a resource to use knowledge from. She's able to think things through (sometimes) more than a normal 3-year-old would. Granted, the only character we have for comparison is Kugalg and we don't really know what he thinks about.

Nah she still acting like a cute 3 y/o doe. That's why I keep forgetting that this is a reincarnation manga cuz everything ab her and kugalg is just adorable like

They're so cute and I wuv the baby talk Mil does.

Though I do feel the should be a limit to Mil's Airheaded-ness. However, it's due to that we got so many cute 'n fluffy scenes

I just got diabetes after reading all these. It's so refreshing and innocent. I like how despite being reincarnated, her body, mind and instincts are still of a child's.

I know they're just kids for now but I like kugalg and mil together 😭 I will ship your future versions.

I just hope this doesn't end up like  other stories where the adult guardian ends up with...
