It's somewhat ""realistic"", because throughout history there have been some unusual beauty standards, and one that lasted a long time in (ironically given the author) Japan was; the flatter the better. Breasts were seen as slovenly and made you look like a slut.

Isn't just Japan, Europe (or more specifically Greece and the Romans) thought having a big dick was a sign that you were an idiot controlled by your instincts - this is actually where the Africans (and other so called barbarians) having big dicks stereotype comes from.

So we can all be glad that if we were isekai'd, there'd be some small chance that totally hot babes would be shunned and left for us because of weird beauty standards.

You'd be suprised, but I've seen a similar one before. In that, it was more of the world's beauty standards being reversed, so women who look really beautiful are considered ugly. It's a fantasy one, and the isekai-ed guy is the receptionist of the guild I believe. Forgot the title though.

It is funny, but, can these Isekai just put in some effort for their harem? It is just so unfulfilling this way.

I'd honestly like that as well. Series like this just give us the results, which is kinda fulfilling in its own way, but I'd like some greater plot developments as well. The closest was Yuuragi Sou, which for the love of me I don't see why they didn't end in a harem. Was probably one of the few harem where I wanted another girl other the titular 'Heroine' to win.
