I cant stand the way this artist draws boobs like theyre weightless airbags, really takes me out of the eroticism.

A manga with a lot of personality but not to put in anybody's hands. Gore and eroticism are quite frontal, so do not read this if you're bothered by this. I usually am but strangely, probably because the main couple dynamics are pretty good and the art is great, I'm not that bothered by it in this one.
EDIT: I read until chapter 30 (around volume 4-5) on Mangadex and liked it. Problem is that I took a quick peek at the raws up to volume 16 and there is a massive escalation of gore and sexual violence all along. You can't find a chapter without a girl of any age being raped, cut to pieces and tortured in the most gruesome ways imaginable. This is misery and horror all the way and that makes me just drop it as I don't this the point of inflicting this to myself. I'm really disappointed, I had higher expectation than this.

I should have read your comment before reading. I skipped the start of the story, I read it years ago and wanted to see how the story was going and randomly started on chapter 37.

Chapter 46-47 are bad enough for me, I just hope to see some kind of justice at the end of the "The mountain of God"-story, and then I am dropping this one.

yeah...I'm still not sure what to do at this point. I don't want to abandon this manga, but at the same time it's become too difficult for me. We'll see in 2025, I guess.

my eyes hurt reading this manga, the ink, the color/contrast and art(not talking about character art) are really ugly, hurting my eyes, even though the content is interesting why though ?? they should choose different artist so at least it can be readable
