I remember recently-ish seeing a manga with the description being something like.
The main character becomes a grimm reaper after comiting suicide by slashing his wrists. After he comes back to life, he has to wear bandages because the wounds won't heal as a side effect of being effectively undead.
I may be mistaken in that the series i was a light novel rather than a manga, come to think of it.
I'm not particularly interested in the manga, I'm actually trying to find information on the author. Bit of backstory on why, when I was a teenager I was highly active on roleplaying forums and I was once talking to somebody who gave an extremely similar description of a manga they themselves wanted to make.
