Auto-unring the bell when you drop series

It's a bit confusing when I get stuff that I dropped in updates. Easy to forget clicking the bell every now and then. I don't understand why you'd want updates for something you dropped, shouldn't it be that you have to explicitly ring the bell if you want to still get the dropped series in updates instead?

The entire list/notification system is getting rehauled sooner or later, and there won't be a guarantee that all users will even have a "Dropped" list. It's unlikely that time and effort will be spent improving a system that we know is getting fundamentally changed anyway.
