I don't know if this scan is a bad joke, but I highly recommend the official license Comikey.
As a big fan of their service, I'd like to defend them against the negative comments, which, to be fair, I understand how frustrating and odd it can be to seperate one long chapter into two or three parts depending on the length.
There's several reasons though, even if it can be frustrating.
Excluding the obvious reason that it gives time to release chapters of new volumes more consistently, it keeps their "key" system to never more than 3.
Now, on to why Comikey is great.
Budget. Compared to a volume purchase which typically costs around $10 or more which you have to wait for months, Comikey's manga/webtoons generally release weekly, if not bi-weekly.
Their system gives bundles of "keys".
Depending on the length of a chapter, it can cost 1-3 keys. Never more.
If you purchase several simultaneously, it gives you "extra keys".
Point is, at the end of the day, it's cheaper than paying around $100 for one or two complete manga over $30 with Comikey for at least three complete manga.
Although, they do have their little faults.
Notice of hiatus, and halt of chapters is unexplained unless you ask on discord to learn that they're waiting on their publisher to allow them to release new chapters.
Untranslated pages are mistakes of including blank pages from an already translated manga from another license.
Other than that, they're accessible to suggestions via email or discord, and are a great asset to licensing manga that aren't chosen by other licensors.
TLDR; Use Comikey, it's cheap and worth it.
