Since it's now clear how much Matsuri is OK with now, I'll propose a hypothetical.

Matsuri: I'm an ayakashi, but I'll still be a boy again once we undo the jutsu.
Shirogane: The other you has the original male body. Your female body is the jutsu that was projected over it. If we undid it, you'd cease to exist. You're going to be a girl for the rest of your life--which will probably be a long time, since ayakashi don't age.
