Currently re-reading from the beginning. Damn, it hits hard. I really like those two. Heck, the older brother has been depicted like such a good person at heart from his introduction (when he saved a bystander on the roadside). He's clearly one who is going along with this due to it being the last resort he has to provide work for his clan. Sure, it's still not a good thing, and Azumi still has a reason to kill him, but it still hurts.
