USS Massachusetts in-game has a passive skill called "2700 Pounds of Justice".
It modifies her main gun shots into special SHS (Super Heavy Armor Piercing) shells that deal higher damage the further they fly.
In Azur Lane, the backline ships (carriers and battleships) fire automatically normally while you the player control 3 smaller ships (destroyers and cruisers).
However, you do have some control of the backline: you can manually call in air raids or manually aim precise battleship main cannon shots.
Massachusetts's passive skill basically makes her main cannon shots into absurdly powerful sniper bullets that "oneshot" most enemies (or, at the very least, do some SERIOUS damage).
The joke here is that Massachusetts is "one-shotting" (hole-in-one-ing) all of the holes with absurdly long drives.
