I don’t feel bad for that lady. As big as she is you mean she couldn’t reign in that small dog that is ON A LEASH! That just means that she watched it walk over to (she walked with it) the bike, sniff the bike(watched &did nothing), then raise its leg to piss on it(watched & did nothing)

The guy overreacted but hey…maybe now the woman will learn a lesson and make sure the dog doesn’t do anything on someone else’s property unless she doesn’t care something like this happens again but worse.
