Of course as the scanlator it is completely up to them whether to keep doing it or not. They are doing it for free so it's their choice.

But this is your opinion...right? Reading comprehension varies from one person to the next. Some people have uncommonly good eyes and can scan the whole page at once. People finding scan notes annoying is completely legitimate, as some folks can instantaneously pick up on small notes whether they are focused on them or not.

Just like there are people who hate post credits that look too much like the manga because they are too immersed and read it right away.

I wish more people here understood that not everything is black and white...

Yes,reading comprehension varies.

If they read everything super fast,then there's no problem,takes nothing out of them.

If they ready everything super slow,then they'll see it's literally just a translator note and can choose not to read it.

There's no Goddamn excuse to complain about a thing that is very obviously not part of the main reading that serves to either explain something,refer back to something,appendix itself to the last few pages,and/or poke fun at something,with said thing being in use so much it's par of the course set in the last 30+ years of fan scanlations.

Treating anything as being in a grey zone when it can very easily be proven to be black n' white is laziness of the highest degree that allows whiny babies to infiltrate hobbies who have had literally no problems prior nor any possible future projected problems.

If we don't gatekeep them buggers quick,even more will show up,it's 2026,we will not allow the strides made in 2025 to stop here.

You can't really choose not to read something right in yer face, notes place in the chapter to comment on dialogue can take out of the immersion especially when it's only one to two short lines you can read in seconds, your brain is gonna automatically read this lines in most cases whether you want to or not

If one is to leave comments that's not clarification but to poke fun or joke on something then why not drop them in the comments, which is what their here for are they not?
