You're supposed to eat during lunch hour. Eating during class hours is disruptive under normal circumstances.

Atori's clearly leaning on the letter of the law for this goofy I-won't-tell-if-you-don't deal, but the basic principles behind "Students should be paying attention to their teacher during class and not distracting their fellow students with food smells and eating sounds/movements" are sound.

I'm so bloody conflicted and confused here

I'm not feeling much Yuri as to say while theirs girls love there's no Yuri
The format here can work I've seen it work but it requires a break in formula, a bend because the way it is now are the Yuri moments gonna be confined to small boxes? Or maybe a boxed merged with another? I'm not convinced Yuri moments could deliver
And then in the Yuri we have a girl who's down tremendously for the girl who sees her as a small animal fantastic on paper but empty? Emotional moments are hogged down by humor at the end of this very chapter mis love interest reveals she's not cut out to a disciplinary member which appears to be serious but it's then immediately bogged down by humor, im not feeling much of an interesting dynamic between them not helped by the lack of cute Yuri moments, there needs to be an emotional exchange to latch onto and unfortunately for me anyways it's lacking

For the first time in like ever I'm reading a Yuri that's not immediately disgusting and I'm struggling to care, struggling to find worth in it, to keep reading
I'm the goddamn self-proclaimed Lord Of Yuri how the fuck does it feel uninteresting???
