Having just watched the anime episode and heard the line, I think Yuu was just saying パリピ in a goofy way, which at least makes a little more contextual sense than an unelaborated-upon speculation about the habits of Parisiennes.

Huh interesting. I thought it was Parisians because I did look up what they are and the pictures show very fashionable girls. So I thought Yuu was just saying that because the girl in question was a girl with blonde hair, basically calling her a euro gyaru.

Hearing the line myself, yeah Yuu is saying party animal in a silly way, basically an extrovert. I'm keeping the line here cause I feel like "extroverts" is too ordinary to be used here. Yuu calling her Parisian is complementing her while also using as a derogatory term.

Don't get me wrong, Yuu calling that girl a parisian in that context made me laugh because it fits so much the fact japanese has this grand, romanticised image of france and paris, which is usually utterly crushed as soon as they actually land to paris and come into contact with actual parisians being assholes (many, not all, ofc).

No joke, many japanese tourists actually needed therapy after that expectation vs reality shock. ^^;
