The "actual argument" is that it's not chapter 0, listing it as such goes against both normal site wide convention as well as the convention of the rest of the series. Chapter 14 is listed as chapter 14, not chapter 1, what makes this extra chapter different? Why is this extra chapter not simply an extra chapter and listed using the same numbering convention as other extra chapters?

This is not an extra chapter. It's not even a chapter in the first place. And it certainly is not a prologue. Having multiple prologues would also be a bit odd, wouldn't it?

Yes, you are right. This is not a chapter numbered 0. But as long as there's no chapter numbered 0, does it matter?

What exactly do you mean by "screwing up the chapter ordering"? Everything is ordered in the order you'd see it, if you picked up a volume and started reading. The cover, bonus pages and the actual chapters in order from lowest to highest.
