My guess is Maria is somehow in contact with Mizuka. I guess Mizuka was recording the entire time? Also I'm pretty sure Maria got some Atorinium via Mizuka.

They run a frickin underground magazine publishing service that is ripped off from one of the biggest manga magazines in Japan. I'm pretty sure they would use Yuu's house without her knowing. That's what I think.
