I think this one is just OK. Comparing to Riki-Oh and Damned, it's obviously their junior, and you can tell that Saruwatari is still developing here. If you need some quick violence and have read those other two titles, be my guest and read this one, but don't expect much. I think that the two oneshots that we got in the middle of the Riki-Oh scans (Kirinji and New York Dust) are better than this one.
