Qin Buyi's probably the liar imo. I feel like Qiqi is well aware of her feelings for Qin Buyi and she even said herself that their current relationship isn't the way she wants it to be. There must have been a reason why Qiqi keeps trying to push her away even though they want the same thing. My bet is that Qin Buyi said something in the past that makes Qiqi afraid to try again...on top of that, I worry that Qin Buyi doesn't take their relationship as seriously as Qiqi does. At the mention of another girl pining after Qiqi, Qin Buyi just saw it as an exciting and entertaining competition rather than a threat to a relationship she treasures. If this is the case though, Qin Buyi might be keeping up a facade (the liar) to protect her own heart, which prevents her from putting her 100% into their relationship.
