After reading this chapter, it's kinda hard to believe that this series was featured in an all-ages magazine. There isn't a single puff of steam or mysterious ray of light in sight to obfuscate important parts. Things were very different pre-2013* for sure...

* in that year there was a big crackdown on companies "guilty" of applying too light a censoring on the manga they published.

Yeah, it's pretty crazy. Perhaps the series got away with it, in part, by reducing female genitals to a simple line. It's obvious that they're being shown, but without the "obscene" detail that typically gets censored.
