This translation is really rough, there are many grammatical errors and Retsu for some reason talks like a southerner.

For when speech is cut in 2 bubbles, instead of translating each individually, translate it all as one, because the sentence structure in Japanese is different in English.

For example:

SIR RETSU. ALL WAY TO THIS HIDEOUT...
YOU CARRIED ME HERE?!

should be:

SIR RETSU, YOU CARRIED ME...
ALL THE WAY TO THIS HIDEOUT?!

or if you really want to keep the structure:

SIR RETSU, ALL THE WAY TO THIS HIDEOUT...
YOU'VE BEEN CARRYING ME?!
