Ehm, I mean he pretty much was an absolute beast during the Maximum Tournament, that definitely falls in his ballpark. Just because he is civil outside of the ring doesn't mean he can't go hogwild on you if you challenge him

as far as I remember Jack would attack with ferocious strikes ,but then as soon as an enemy was knocked out or incapacitated he'd walk away uninterested.
I don't remember him ever landing a blow that incapacitated the enemy then afterwards deliberately doing a "killing" or crippling blow.
Ihim going for a second bite of the neck has no combat value. the bite of the shoulder and grabbing his hand already beat the dude. Why would jack bite the neck when he could just as easily rear-naked choke or left hook to the jaw or whatever
