I appreciate that Nagasaka seems to be a person of high moral standing—at least at a glance. I'm unsure if it's that he is simply exceedingly hard on restaurants because he wants to see them do better, or exactly for what reasons he does things. That said, it seemed really obvious that the gift would blow up in that dude's face, almost for sure.
