I don't see Yan as the kind of guy who would stay for long. Maybe help them get the attention, leave behind crucial foundations such as a customer base, enduring charm to catch new customers and a morale boost to the staff just so they can thrive without him. Him staying there for too long means people will come to the restaurants only for him and he's not going to be working there forever.
