Oh yeah, now this is what I've been looking forward to: Yan Dawei's Kitchen Nightmares. I'm guessing that the changes he's talking about have to do with them insisting on being a high-scale expensive place in an area with a lot of cheaper, more casual restaurants. Like he'll say, "If you want to keep these prices, you'll have to pull off a ridiculous stunt like I do every night. Otherwise, broaden your market."
