So the minister sent a assassin on MC ass the day he was exiled for no reason?
I could barely understand it if it was revenge for the beats leaving or change of bahaviour, but it seems like it was sent on the day itself, that is super weird as they didn't knew MC and his sister connection, and could have executed him with the false charges.
Add even how MC made a week long journey in a couple hours, the assassin had to track him from the exile to catch up, and is still overkill as MC didn't say anything and just left.
The plot is not good.
