I browse latest update every day with 0 filters. This has allowed me to notice that over the last few days, at least a dozen manga where the subject matter is literally just raping infants and toddlers have been uploaded.

I'm aware stuff like lolicons or whatever aren't frowned upon here but there's a fucking margin between believably-young-looking adult and 2 year old getting fucked by an adult.

Not going to happen, the best thing you can do instead is use the Advanced Search and put the following if you don't want to see it:
Sort by: Latest Upload
Filter tags: Exclude Loli

Instead of banning, not showing loli hentai content on the front page (for a logged account), in the "lastest update" and "recently added" sections, would be a nice idea. And you can extent to some extreme forms of porn. Some people don't want to see that when they connect, even if they have configured their account to show pornographic content.

Maybe adding a 5th level beside none- suggestive- erotica- porn, just for extreme content like that. On ehentai, the site warn you when you open a doujin containing "offensive" content, so compare.

Yeah, some sort of category for 'sexual activity involving pre-teens' would cover this. Regardless of how it's explained in story, I have to think there are plenty of jurisdictions where an image that appears to depict a sex act between an adult and someone under 13 is grounds for all sorts of very uncomfortable conversations with the authorities, even if it's a fictional situation and a cartoon. I get the argument against 'censorship' by the mods, but having toddler porn on the site is potentially going to attract unwanted attention, and I really don't want that to be what gets MD shut down. At least make it obvious that someone expressly opted in to seeing it, maybe with a disclaimer that has to be accepted that the user is responsible for any legal consequences in their location.
