Holy shit the subtlety, cause her mum be gone, and I see she was coughing early on, which be foreshadowing cause if it's inconsequential why even show it? So she must've died of some illness, may get more info on it later on but I like how we don't need to tell the reader what happened for them to get it, you see it through the set and in the background
