From how the story went up until this point, it seems like she's a little bit slow to connect these kinds of dots related to "fortune telling" unless given a direct hint pointing in that direction. Specifically, it just seems like she takes whatever she's told at face value and doesn't try to find any deeper meaning or connection to it.
I guess a better way to explain would be to say that she probably thinks about it from the point of view of Weixi having random visions about specific moments in someone's life, rather than "she knows everything that has happened and will happen to me".

I'm still not over the matron trying to have the child be a sex slave. She really needs to get some kind of punishment for that but I imagine that was not something she'd be punished for during that time...

It does offer an interesting moral battle cause on one hand there's the idea of taking advantage of one intoxicated which isn't typically very nice, if yer the one sober you have the responsibility of making sure nothing happens but on the other hands these are unique circumstances where the aphrodisiac makes ya unbelievably horny to the point ya gotta do the sex to deal with it, not to mention the in question is of enough mind to retain her morals, it could be argued the unaffected is genuinely helping them out than taking advantage
