For real why put a watermill over the entire page I get your trying to encourage people to purchase the series but damn if a person will support the author they will don't see this doing anything

Is this worth reading even though the translation was dropped?? Does it have a lot complicated stuff cause I’m not really a big fan of historical types of mangas they get too complicated and focus more on that instead of romance I’m sorry idk why either but they’re just not my cup of tea I just came for the romance but I am willing to read it if it really is good so can someone please tell me

4/10 Skippable.
Very 2000-2010s shoujo, full of characters that are acting like creeps, perverts and downright evil people just playing with other people's relationships for fun.
I personally can't stand when a character one moment is happy to destroy someone's relationship as a joke, but then gets forgiven for the immense hurt they caused the next page because teehee it was a friendly joke to get my friend to realize his feelings hehe.
Its not cute. Its disgusting.
Literally ALL the supporting characters are some form of teasing, nagging, screaming, mean, scheming, happy to cause MC massive emotional harm and we're just supposed to.. shrug and move on? No thanks. (The ML's dad is a total dick so the apple didn't fall far from the tree)
Also what is it with this ML stereotype thats rude and mean to their love interest? Why is this hot?? He's outright a dick so many times and even the MC is asking why this man is so damn rude. Yet she falls for him. Why? He calls you a child, he treats you coldly, doesn't communicate, doesn't protect you from anyone AT ALL, puts you on house arrest for being upset? Its a red flag parade girl, RUN.
The "historical" tag here btw is literally so thin it could be used as window glass. There is no need to tag this as "historical" with the lack of any set dressing we get. Just all together a disappointing read. A lot of dramatic screaming and a lot of hurt feelings, but no substance.
