So far, this has been a pretty great adult romance which handled its premise nicely. Given this author's track record, I'm not getting my hopes up, but it would be nice to see this through to the end

Nah, their previous work just has an insanely abrupt and unsatisfactory ending. Everything except the ending was pretty good though

Like MOST series, the moment the MC has MULTIPLE love interests, suddenly its a harem.

This is a weird one. It established early on he has ED because of emotional damage created by the ex-wife, however, the series decides to not solve it psychologically, but instead: "how about he just gets so horny to the point ED is no longer an issue".
Then this is supposed to be a drama, but once we get the dramatic backstory of her, it only lasts half an episode and the next is just "glad we resolved that, moving on....". Then when it needs conflict: BANG!! mediocre love rivals.
Considering the "big thing" is going to be when he finally has sex, we are just gonna see a bunch of fooling around without committing to nothing. But there are nipples, so... worth it????

Allow me to point out MY PERSONAL theory from the title only, for the harem confusion.
As some of us already seen. This is basically 2-in-1 title which consist of the word 'batu' and 'hare'.
The rough meaning of 'バツ(batu)' is basically 'multiple' or 'x'.
BUT it is safe to say the one meaning that used for this manga is 'divorced'.
And I don't think we need the explanation for what 'ハレ(hare)' means.
Now, remember the early content where the story is so focused on protagonist ring?
Next, we take a look on his situation. Which he is basically respected by his all(for some reason) female co-workers.
Now that he removed his wedding ring, I'm not surprised if (some, or all? of them) they might get the chance on getting closer to him. And no, we don't discuss about 'real life situation' here.

So i was really enjoying this, now i am NOT, as of 120 i am feeling hella betrayed by this series, i kind of expected the NTR bait but....
I was really liking this series, i thought i was pretty fun and adult, but like, i can see how its 'technically' not cheating but cut the bs, it was cheating and no reason for it. The first, some recent mother he knew wanted him to massage her breasts because they ached from breast-feeding, i mean no, just no, thats the most stupid thing i ever heard, if its that bad she could massage them herself discreetly, thats hella weird. But the latest offence was flat out way to far, no coming back from it and in my opinion is straight up ntr/cheating even if that wasnt the intention. Honestly shoulda resigned the job and charged the ceo/owner for blackmail the moment his guy friend said 'kitchen'(i know japanese culture quitting your job like that is taboo, but my western mind cant stand that kind of shit) hell if someone i knew did that to me i would write my immediate resignation from my job and as his friend on a napkin and leave, hed be lucky to leave without a broken nose, what kind of friend is stupid enough to not realise they are being used as a blackmailer?! if its a publicly traded company that CEO would hella regret the stock value loss once a blackmail scandal became public. So yea, in my opinions starts out good, really good, but the MC's get stupider and you could say he was tricked into accidental cheating, but still cheating is cheating so i will be dropping this and i do not recomend for anyone who doesnt like NTR/cheating even if its 'technically' not
