Manga is quite comfy ngl depsite all that "domestic violence past" premise. This should get a longer serialization to solidify the worldbuilding.

I think the translation on page 3 about "..watching all all night..." is a bit incorrect/
It's not "we've been watching", but "he (the gramps) have been watching us (the new groups) all night"
and followed by "he said he's going to burn us if we did anything strange"
thus the further "let him sleep a little longer" follow up
