Well, ain't this a bother for him. Not only does he have to work with others, but he'll likely have to either trust four other people with information on his ability or continue to deceive everyone. If it's the former, he's not going to stand much of a chance when he's pit up against any of them. He could just tell everyone he turns his arm into a cannon, and the guy he fought will confirm this to everyone, but then he'll lack the flexibility his ability gives. And once he starts using another power, people will know something is up with his ability, especially the guy he fought before.

I had a feeling a team battle would be coming, but so soon and w/ so many team members? That's tough. I was thinking they could potentially separate and just fight five 1v1s, but that would depend on how large the area is and how many obstacles there'll be to obscure his teammates' visions.

He really just has to tell people his power is getting to use any power he can think of at will, he'd instantly be able to not only win every match but also just get out of the place they're keeping them in.

the problem is that if the ability is too powerful like he said in the previous chapter
his enemies might also assume of some convenient hidden weakness of his ability as well,
and those assumed weakness will materialize too.

Also, it only works on enemies, not the teammates right?

@Garrett doesn't that depend on whether his ability acts if they think of him as an enemy or if he views them as teammates? since there's a high chance he'll be against them in later rounds, so he might just think of everyone in the match as enemies, team assignments be damned...and if that is the case and it's the second case for his ability, then he should be able to use his power based on their perceptions

I read back, it said "the other person", so basically everyone.
It will be easy to convince his team of the hand cannon thing, or even change it in a generc "I can materialize stuff/morph my body", but the multiple people problem still remains.
Well we'll see, hopefully.

I don't know ho he can get out of the turning his hand into a canon, like a guy said in the comment section of ability revelation, he should have killed his every opponent. I hope this do not become some boring plot armor's full story, i love way too much the cat girl to drop it~

So as long as the guy thinkes he has a arm cannon, he should still be able to use it right ? but I feel like the MC is now in danger of exposing his trick to the others.
