Hey guys! We have a few announcements to make.

First of all something general: our website is down right now because we are reworking the website. Sadly ,everyone who actually knows anything about it has become suddenly unavailable so this will take longer. Releases for projects we are working on will still happen normally over Mangadex.

Now a few things specifically for Battle in 5 Seconds:
This is the end of volume 6 but the next release will be the volume 6 bonus chapter.
After that there are some bad news though. Anq has been translating this series for a while now but starting now he is not going to work on it anymore and we basically don’t have any free translator that could take over for him. So in order to keep working on this series we’d need a new translator. If you are a translator or know someone who would be willing to help out, hit me up over Reddit, Discord or Mangadex.

This series has really shaped up to be something I look forward to every chapter and it would be a shame for it to go out like this.

With that being said, I hope you enjoyed the chapter! Here is hoping we can solve this situation.

Just chemical changes? Seems absurdly efficient if it's fast enough to be a barrier.

I'm guessing the invisible slash is a weakness because the specific components, air, don't really bind into anything big enough to slow down the attack. I suppose any attack that has enough kinetic energy to be lethal even as a gas are what gets through.

.....so he was weak to REGULAR BULLETS.

@cryum well it's mentioned that it's an instant melt so he can probably block bullets now depending on which gun that bullet it's firing is a different question I think a shot gun or a machine gun would be quite effective maybe he'll defend vitals but some of those can graze him and a good hit in the leg will make him harder to defend body parts with his hands, shooting him at the back would also be effective well any attack from the back if you manage to surprise or during your bullet spray it will leave his sides and back( as long as you are not directly at the back of him cause of the bullets)

the invincibility guy is also effective against him considering the ability doesn't say causes a chemical change to "everything" it just say things so it has a limit.
