At the end of the 1st chapter it tells you what site this manga is hosted on. You can read the rest there w/o signing up for the site, but I recommend going incognito mode & turning pop up blocker on.
As for the overall story it is worth a read. It has some weird transitions & the ending feels rushed but it was still enjoyable. Given it's so short too there's no reason to not give it a try.
