He and Icchi's mom were both cured in chapter 138.
Incidentally, they were both barely able to move when poisoned, so it would be weird for them to be fighting if they were still poisoned.
I thought that was the case but it was 8 months ago for me XD.

Looking back at 147 I noticed Tetsuma's necklace on the floor on page 4 and what looks to be a severed thumb or toe.
Makes me wonder what happend to Tetsu and whether Jyungo bit off that toe when Legba went for another attack on his face (probably by trying to go for Jyungo's right cheek, seeing as how the toe looks like it's been diagonally cut towards the left.
I do also enjoy Legba finally telling Gila off. She needed someone to tell her to shut her pie hole. Although that makes me wonder whether she'll pull the gun on Jyungo over this.
