You read it as "Blow Job" as it is intended.

Jokes aside, this is starting off with so many twists. But all good ones imo. It's sad to find out her "fake" parents ended up chopped up when all they wanted to do was protect her. I wonder who gave that order. Or if Blow Job himself decided to carry it out on his own. It would be messed up to find out later down the line that her actual father continued to want them be killed after they saved his daughter.
