Thank you so much guys for the daily updates.
I wonder if is the MC or Lenon that will take the penalty.

Tomosaka's advice was definitely heeded. It was nice that Ryuu went for a aggressive run into the box while also making full use of his vision. Also, nice dribbling. Shame Mako wasn't expecting the pass, but a 9 should always be in alert for a goal possibility.

Lets see who will take the penalty. Maybe Lenon is the official penalty taker, but would be nice if Ryuu were to take it.

Pausa playmakers can breach the rival formation by just hoarding the ball.
Thanks for the translation.

I'm not all too familiar with the schemes for football (more of a basketball junkie) but isn't MC more suited to playing as a midfielder with his superior vision and passing? Or is he sort of a playmaking forward type of player (Like how Lebron handles the point duties as a SF in basketball?)

I don't know anything about basketball tactics, but you can say Ryuu was much like Lebron James before the accident, as he was a very proactive player who dominated with his ability and scored crazy goals all the time. After he recovered, Ryuu became a player more attentive to his surroundings and a distributor of the ball, while still being a goal threat with his shooting ability.

Mirko, after teaching him to be aware of his surroundings, is trying to remind him of his aggressiveness and boldness he had when he was younger, reverting him to kind of a Lebron James, except even more complete.

@thamint I think it is a little bit different. LBJ starts all the offensive possessions and is able to do the PG duties because he has tremendous vision but also the opposing team is afraid that he will just drive to the basket so the passing lanes open a lot. At the moment the MC doesn't install fear with solo dribbling (like Sakuraba). I think right now he is more similar to CP3.. very smart and able to work with his team mates.

@EmperorBR That makes sense, Mirko is trying to revert him into a multiple threat player, trying to get him to add more levels of scoring along side his playmaking. But if playmaking is his strongest skill set right now, wouldn't his natural position be at midfield? Although you could say the forward spot the best position to dev his scoring skillset.

@shase I think the CP3 comparison is actually pretty solid, playmaking to bring the most out of his teammates, while mixing in some scoring to keep the defense honest. As mentioned above though, do you think his current position at FW is more of a developmental fit and that his natural position is more aligned at mid field?

@themint yes. At the moment the best position for him, with his skillset,
should be in the midfield. I would say a number 8 like Kevin de Bruyne or Bruno Fernandes.
