My coach always said as long as the ball is in your position and all of the players are moving destroying the defensive line of the opponent is easy slicing a cake in half and scoring many goals will be easy and additionally as long as the ball is in the team's position you can make your opponent exhausted because they will keep chasing the ball, going to spaces and covering to get the ball while you move slowly or fast your other teammates can rest and take that advantage to attack.
