Man I fricking love this manga. I appreciate that the manga develops in more than just soccer. Don’t get me wrong, the matches and development of the players are probably the most exciting points, but sometimes there is the case where many sports manga get boring because it’s solely that. However, this author does a great job of managing the sports part of the manga and the “off-plot, character development as a human being” part of the manga (in my opinion lol).
Finally... BOI RYUU IF YOU DON’T CATCH FEELINGS FOR ETOU (or any other girl jeez) THEN YOU TRULY ARE A SOCCER HEAD

Anna got forgotten when Etou take her place as translator. Lets face it, we didn't saw her for more than a 100 chapter. She is busy with her skating and we need to accept it
Also, Ryu is not a full soccer head. Im not gonna search back but there was a chapter when he said that if it's not holding back his football carreer he is okay/wants a gf (cant remember which one was). So way to go Etou, you deserve that First place 😏

And while I don't care that much about Anna anymore, her being ditched like that while I really enjoyed how she had been introduced and used during Ryuu resurection arc, I think that was a waste. But once again, if poor Yuki, after everything that she has done is kicked out because of a stupid "friend zone" excuse...I will riot! 🤣🤣

For those complaining about Tatsuhiko, let's not forget that he was already playing for a club directly affiliated to a pro club. I mean, remember how important it was for Ryuu or Sakuraba in primary school to be scouted by such teams. I think we should just see him as a "what if" for Ryuu & Saku.

@emMeBi86 @Blu7 I'm not one to care about romance, which is why I avoid romance series, but I can confidentially say I'd be pretty bummed if he didn't end up with Yuki, for the reasons emMe listed lol. If I was Ryuu I'd choose Yuki over Aiko and Anna. However at the same time, I also believe that just because Yuki did all those things doesn't mean she's entitled to him. They lived together and he didn't even feel phased, lmao. At least Aiko is less annoying than Anna, I guess. But if what I think is happening is happening between Ryuu and Aiko I'd hate to see Yuki's reaction.
