I search a manga/manhua/webtoon ... even LN who are:
-fantasy world or magic
-for main character, a girl
-the plot is not "oh! i am reincarnate here and i need to correct my "past" mistake and finally i fall in love with the guys who originally kill me"
-a main character who did not become useless in front of the male character (yuri is a bonus)

If you can provide me some title i would be very grateful toward you.

In addition to what's already been said, here are some that might fit your requirements. (Assuming I'm understanding them correctly)

Manga, manhua, etc.:
• Urasekai Picnic (Otherside Picnic) - It might not be Fantasy with a capital F, but they do go to a fantastic, strange, and sometimes horrifying world with magic-like laws of nature. No main male characters to speak of. (Yuri tag bonus)
• Neko no Te demo Yoroshikereba - The manga only covers the first volume of the novel, sadly, but it's a unique enough premise that it might warrant a look. Main character is a girl who gets reincarnated in another world mixed with a cat. Highlights her place as an outsider, especially by making her not be fluent in the local language. She's not terribly powerful in any situation, in front of men or women so maybe that disqualifies it. Although,

• Sousou no Frieren (Frieren at the Funeral) - Main character is a powerful elven mage who travels around doing various things. No real love interests in general. Highlights the impermanence of life, as the long-lived elf watches the world change around her with a seemingly dispassionate eye.
• Slayers - An OP mage goes around and blows up anyone who gets in her way. A comedy classic.
• Saijaku Tamer wa Gomi Hiroi no Tabi o Hajimemashita (The Weakest Tamer Began a Journey to Pick up Trash) - A slice of life~esque journey of an abandoned little girl. If this were a tabletop RPG, it'd be a low level campaign, but she somehow finds a way to survive against the odds.
• Machikado Mazoku (The Demon Girl Next Door) - Not a fantasy world, but definitely has magic. Magical girl and demon main characters, no male leads to speak of. (Yuri tag bonus)
• Her Shim-Cheong (Her Tale of Shim Chong) - A twist on the traditional Korean folktale. It's not a high fantasy world, so maybe that disqualifies it too, but there is a subtle kind of magic from gods and demons. Women have to deal with some serious bull in this one, which for some people is very close to life,

• How to be a Werewolf - Main character is a woman who grew up as a werewolf without knowing anything about werewolves. It's not a different fantasy world, but a modern Earth with secret magic, so again, I'm not sure if that fits the requirements of fantasy or magic. (Good representation of all kinds bonus.)
• Kill Six Billion Demons - Main character is a woman who gets thrown into other worlds filled with gods and demons. (Good representation of all kinds bonus.)

One little explanation: when i said i want to the plot was not "oh! i am reincarnate here and i need to correct my "past" mistake and finally i fall in love with the guys who originally kill me" , i wrote this because when i started my research the majority of suggestion was that type of plot.
When i wrote this comment i doesn't know how to explain the type of plot that i want to avoid, i am sorry if it is a little unclear or harsh.
There are already some of them that i have already read but i'm sure that i am going to love the other.
