if it kinda works like in reality they should be a mixture of both species, based on what we can see in real life hybrids (for example mules). But I guess these rules can't really be applied here, or a crossbreed between anything but two closely related species would be impossible. Maybe we still get to see Legosi's mother, that might clear it up.

Man, they dropped so many bombs in these last couple chapters. And we finally see Legosi's grandpa who he has such complicated feelings for and it's a fucking Komodo Dragon and he blames him for his mom's suicide. Sheeeeiiiit son.

Being 1/4 Komodo Dragon is broken as fuck, my guess is that his mom didn't look like a normal wolf at all, that's why she ended committing suicide after due to her parentage her current wolf partner left her.

Also with this revelation i guess Legosi and Haru's children will be 1/8 Komodo Dragon 3/8 Grey Wolf and 4/8 Bunny, and Haru is a rare kind of Bunny so their children will be one hell of a chimera, now if only one of their children's would get their freak on with a bird...

Oh man I'm absolutely loving all of this. I really hope legosi gets to reconcile with his grandpa and introduce Haru to him. The Tem's murderer plot seems like it's wrapping up soon too. I'm honestly still not sure what to think of Riz but I'm relieved Bill didn't turn out like him. Bill is a bit of an ass but he's still fundamentally a good kid.

Although, we still don't know what stupid sexy sheep man is after and there's unresolved threads with Juno & Louis so I'm so excited to see how the author explores everything.

Also while it's true the harlequin was a rare breed, Haru is noted to be an incredibly unusual extra small dwarf bunny. If my memory is serving right at least. (also didn't we see a picture of legosi's mum at one point? I don't remember her looking any different to a full blooded wolf)
