This is probably the best choice of actions, even if they report him, there’s a high chance of one of them getting killed. And, since there are 2 of them, the chance of him getting caught increases. Overall, their in a good position right now; but they need concrete evidence in order to prove him being the killer. So overall, it’s a battle of wits at this point.

Because all the females have trash personalities. The lead female is a wishy washy cumdumpster, with a perverted victim fantasy. The secondary female wolf girl went straight for coercion and manipulation to force a relationship. I think this manga is a wish fulfillment fantasy and the author is probably the rabbit.
