@roxanneayy there's actually a lot of clues if you're aware of it! The way he insists and knows chloe is not a man, his firmness in declaring the duke is straight and dodging the questions around it. The way that he acts to women who seem to be interested in him, etc it was really well done, and incredibly subtle so I totally get how ppl missed it
