Yeah...I call bullshit, okay on binded items, but if the elixir can only be used by who gets it MC would be unable to use it on his mother, therefore in reality he would have to pay the adventurer to come to his house and give it to her, is the same thing but with extra steps, the author should have just said that is the equivalent of a second life and billionaires and country leaders use a amount of money so massive on it that would force him to hunt for a long period to even come close.
Never heard of a potion being a binded item before, is a bad unique gimmick to explain something that had no need to be so complicated.
