Makes sense, I didn't take into consideration that she would need energy to talk to him, even if it's in their own head.

Her spirit is probably weak due to being the previous witch, and not being the owner of the body she's talking to I guess.

Most likely because of not being the owner of the body. Though I'll believe the plot filler part lol

Just like most long strips, the pacing issue is strong with this one. What would be a chapter or two in normal manga, here took 16 (and most likely more)
